Water Quality equipment dealers prefer TimePayment over other companies because our Rental Product addresses your specific industry needs.

TimePayment's Commercial Water Rental Agreement allows your customers to rent the equipment for a specified term and then have two options at the end of the lease term:

              1. Return the equipment.

              2. Continue to rent the equipment on a month to month 
                  basis.

The "Master Agreement to Assign Rental Agreements" reflects our mutual understanding that TimePayment agrees to assign our Rental Agreement and any residual value in the equipment to you at the end of the original term for $1.00 provided certain conditions are met.

We will also consider the use of your own Commercial Rental Agreement subject to our review and approval.  You will be required to sign a "Master Purchase Agreement" that will allow us to take an assignment of your agreement.
