Residential Customers

Our Consumer Lease Product allows your residential customers to lease the equipment for a specified term and have three options at the end of the lease term:

        1. Purchase the equipment for its Fair Market Value.
                 The Purchase Option at the End of the Lease Term        
                  is clearly stated on the front of our agreement as
                  follows: "fair market value will not exceed 3 regular
                  monthly lease payments."

        2. Return the equipment.

        3. Continue to rent the equipment month to month.
