Support Charges Product

TimePayment understands just how valuable your time is. Our Support Charges Product is an administration product that bills, collects, and remits payment for your fixed “Support Charges” less an administrative fee. “Support Charges” can include: Service, Maintenance, or Consumables.

With the Support Charges Product, you can focus on your core business by outsourcing the billing and collecting associated with the equipment. Along with the remittance of support charges, we also provide you with a detailed report that shows which lessees paid the charges, which helps you track and manage payments without the hassle.

The term of the “Support Charges” Agreement must be a fixed amount and must be co-terminus with the Equipment Lease Agreement. Your charges will appear separately on our statement as unbundled and titled “Pass Through Billing.”
