How to Use Vendor Desk Services
Our Vendor Desk Services save you valuable time by outsourcing some – or even all – of the responsibilities of our leasing process to our highly trained Vendor Relations Department.
Although your customers may have a need for financing, we understand you may not have the time or desire to deal with leasing. We can do everything from managing the whole leasing process to explaining how leasing can benefit your customers – it’s up to you.
What will TimePayment do for me?
With our Vendor Desk Services, TimePayment will:
- Attempt to make contact with your customer within 2 business hours of receiving your lead or you can give the customer our information to call us directly.
- Explain all lease options to the customer, and pull personal credit over the phone for an instant credit approval.
- Fax lease documents to the customer within two hours of their approval and immediately follow up with your customer to assist them in completing the documents.
- Ensure the customer faxes the documents back to TimePayment within 24 hours to begin the funding process.
- Call the customer to confirm the terms and conditions of the contract and their satisfaction with the equipment.
- Fund you upon completion of the verification.
You can “design” your own “program” based on your business needs.
Getting Started
All TimePayment needs from you to begin the process is your customer’s name, contact information, and sales quote.
All approved dealers can utilize this service for a documentation fee charged to your customer per transaction. All unapproved dealers must first submit a vendor application to use this service.
