Commercial Lease Agreement for KS/VT only
This agreement is used for Kansas and Vermont only, and also requires a Notice of Cancellation Form to be completed.

Commercial Delivery and Acceptance Form
This form is used when TimePayment has agreed to waive its verbal confirmation and provide a Delivery and Acceptance certificate in order to obtain written verification by the lessee that your equipment has been delivered and installed.

Please note we must approve the use of a Delivery and Acceptance certificate prior to your use.

Personal Guarantor Form
This form is used to designate an individual that promises to perform all of the lessee’s obligations including making payments should the lessee fail to do so.

Corporate Guaranty Form 
This form is used to designate a Corporation that promises to perform all of the lessee's obligations (for Business Alone Leases only) including making payments should the affiliated business fail to do so.

Commercial Rental Application
This application is strictly for the Commercial Rental Agreements.

Commercial Rental Agreement
This is simply a TimePayment “lease” agreement in which certain terms change as follows:

• “Lessee” changes to “Rentee”
• “Lessor” changes to “Rentor”

Commercial Pure Rental Agreement 
This agreement eliminates the lessee’s option to purchase the leased equipment at the end of the lease term.
