Consumer Delivery and Acceptance Form
This form is used if TimePayment has agreed to waive its verbal confirmation and provide a Delivery and Acceptance certificate in order to obtain written verification by the lessee your equipment has been delivered and installed.
Please note we must approve the use of a Delivery and Acceptance certificate prior to your use.
Notice of Cancellation Form
This form provides the lessee with the right to cancel the transactions, without any penalty or obligation, within 3 business days from the designated date.
Please note this is the stand alone version of the document provided as part of the Consumer Lease Funding Package.
Consumer Rental Application
This application is strictly for the Consumer Rental Agreements.Consumer Pure Rental Agreement
This agreement eliminates the lessee’s option to purchase the leased equipment at the end of the lease term.
